Bengaluru, 10th March 2021: Wonderla’s International Women’s day exclusive offer across its branches in 3 cities has received immense appreciation from its customers. On 8th March 2021, the theme park opened its doors exclusively for its female visitors. No male visitors above the age of 10 were allowed to enter the premises.
More than 5000 women across age groups participated in this initiative in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kochi. The initiative included a one + one offer on entry ticket priced at Rs. 999 inclusive of GST.
As part of the Hygiene and Safety Policy of the company, floors were marked to ensure guests can maintain physical distance in rides, restaurants, queue areas and kiosks. Common areas were sanitized using hypochlorite solution and the rides were sanitized frequently with approved chemicals. All the staff at Wonderla are mandated to wear masks, automatic hand sanitisers were provided at all rides, restaurants, changing rooms and other entry points. Separate bins were placed for disposal of masks, gloves, and hand tissues. Online chemical dosing was monitored frequently for maintaining an adequate chlorine level in the water to ensure proper disinfection.
Wonderla is now open on all seven days of the week from 11 am to 6 pm. Following guidelines and best practices, Wonderla encourages visitors to book their entry tickets in advance through the online booking portal
