Due to the severe cold wave sweeping across the state, the Uttar Pradesh government has announced a 15-day winter vacation for all primary schools. Starting from December 31, 2024, schools will remain closed until January 14, 2025. Classes will resume on January 15, 2025.
The decision comes in response to the extreme cold conditions, with temperatures expected to drop significantly and dense fog forecasted for the region.
