Results of Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Scholarship Announced

Federal Bank has been showing keen interest in the social issues and has been making meaningful interventions since the inception of the Bank. The Bank has been funding and managing various projects aimed at environment sustainability, poverty alleviation, education and skill development, benefit for armed force veterans, promotion of sports, development of rural and slum areas etc. State level debate competitions conducted annually in the states of Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamilnadu in the name of Speak for India is one such major project of the Bank.

Federal Bank had invited applications from meritorious students pursuing MBBS, Engineering, BSc Nursing, and BSc Agriculture including BSc (Hons) Co‑operation & Banking with Agriculture Sciences conducted by Agriculture Universities and MBA from the states of Kerala, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra and Gujarat for Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarships for the academic year 2018-19. 100 students have been selected for the scholarships for the year 2018‑19 and the list of selected students is published in the Bank’s website https://www.federalbank.co.in/el/corporate-social-responsibility.

  • 15 students from Maharashtra got the scholarship
  • 9 students from Gujarat got the scholarship
  • 12 students from Tamil Nadu got the scholarship
  • 2 students selected from Physically Challenged category
