PSEB 12th Result 2025 Declared: Key Highlights and Insights

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has officially announced the Class 12 results for 2025 on May 14. Students can now access their scorecards via the official website, pseb.ac.in, using their roll numbers.

Overall Performance and Pass Percentage

This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 91%, reflecting a strong performance across all streams.

  • Girls have outperformed boys, securing a pass percentage of 94.32%, while boys recorded 88.08%.
  • Harsirat Kaur has emerged as the topper, securing a perfect score of 500/500.
  • Manveer Kaur from Firozpur holds the 2nd Rank, scoring 498/500 (99.60%)
  • Arsh from Mansa, shared the rank and also scored 498/500 (99.60%)

Exam Timeline and Evaluation Process

The Class 12 board exams were conducted from February 19 to April 4, 2025, covering Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.

  • Students needed to secure at least 33% marks in each subject to pass.
  • For subjects with practical and theory components, students had to pass both sections separately.

District-Wise Performance

  • Amritsar district recorded the highest pass percentage at 97.27%.
  • Shri Muktsar Sahib had the lowest pass percentage at 87.86%.
