New Delhi, December 27, 2024 – The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially commenced the third round of NEET PG Counselling 2024. Eligible candidates can now fill their choices for postgraduate medical courses through the official MCC website, mcc.nic.in. The choice-filling window will remain open until January 1, 2025, with the option to lock choices between 4 PM and 11:55 PM on the final day1.

The registration process for Round 3 began on December 26, 2024, and will close on January 1, 2025. The seat allotment process is scheduled to take place between January 2 and January 3, 2024, with results announced on January 4, 20251. Candidates who secure a seat must report to their allotted institutes from January 6 to January 13, 2025.

This round of counselling includes four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and the Stray Vacancy Round. The MCC has urged candidates to carefully follow the step-by-step guide for choice filling to ensure a smooth process1.
