NEET PG 2023 round 3 choice filling and locking ends today; allotments will be made on September 16.

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) counseling round 3 choice filling and locking service will be shut down by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) today. The preferences entered on the official website, mcc.nic.in, by applicants who have already registered for NEET PG round 3 counseling 2023, may be locked.

The NEET PG test for 2024, assuming it is held, will be scheduled for March, according to the draft Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations (PGMER) 2023. For the next MBBS class and beyond, the National Exit Test (NExT) will take the role of the NEET PG test. After the NEET PG round 3 counseling for MD, MS, MDS, and PG medical courses, the MCC will conduct one more round, the stray vacancy round.

On September 16, the NEET PG seat allotment results for 2023 will be released based on the preferences expressed by the applicants. Steps for locking the counseling round three decisions.

  • Visit mcc.nic.in, the official MCC website.
  • Enter your login information, which includes your password, roll number, and stream of choice (dental or medical).
  • Choose medical schools and programs based on preferences.
  • Choose ‘+’ to add a new option.
  • Drag the choice to the desired position to change the order of any choice.
  • Once you’re satisfied with the preferred order, press “save and next” to lock the selections.
  • Save the preference selected and locked for later use.
