The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has reopened the NEET MDS 2025 registration window starting April 3, 2025. Candidates who missed the initial registration now have another chance to apply for the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) entrance exam before the deadline on April 6, 2025.
Why Was the Registration Reopened?
The decision to reopen the registration was made after the internship completion deadline for eligibility was extended to June 30, 2025. This extension allows more Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) graduates to qualify for the exam.

How to Apply
- Visit the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
- Click on the NEET MDS 2025 Registration link.
- Enter your personal and academic details.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee (₹3,500 for General/OBC/EWS, ₹2,500 for SC/ST/PWD).
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Total Questions: 240 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Duration: 3 hours
- Negative Marking: 25% deduction for incorrect answers
