Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is wrapping up its application process for the 2025-26 academic year, with the final deadline set for April 10, 2025. If you’re planning to apply, this is your last chance to submit your application through the official admission portal at admission.jmi.ac.in.
JMI offers admissions based on entrance tests conducted by the university and, in some cases, national-level exams like CUET. This year, CUET scores will be used for 25 programs, including nine undergraduate, five postgraduate, eight diploma, and three advanced diploma courses. Additionally, entrance exams for 29 programs will be held in nine cities across India, making the process more accessible.
JMI has introduced 14 new courses this year, focusing on skill-based learning and academic innovation. These include programs in design, computer science, and visual arts, with some courses offered as evening-only and self-funded options.
With the deadline fast approaching, prospective students should apply as soon as possible to avoid last-minute issues. If you need to edit your application, the correction window will be open from April 12 to 14. Entrance exams will commence on April 26, so applicants should start preparing accordingly.
