Infusion 2025: A Spectacular Confluence of Talent and Innovation

Infusion 2025, the flagship annual fest of IIM Rohtak, recently concluded with great success. The three-day event, themed “Make Your Mark”, brought together over 10,000 attendees including students, industry leaders, and cultural enthusiasts from premier business schools across the country. Representing 15 colleges, including other IIMs, the participants exhibited remarkable intellectual and cultural prowess.

Key Highlights

1. Leadership Summit: The event featured a Leadership Summit on “Global Conflicts and Situational Leadership,” with eminent speakers such as Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, Director, IIM Rohtak, who emphasized adaptability, resilience, and moral integrity. Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Former Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, shed light on decision-making using his three-box framework.
2. Sports Summit: Celebrated kabaddi players like Sandeep Narwal and Pardeep Narwal shared valuable insights on resilience and teamwork.
3. Film & Media Summit: Industry experts from NDTV, Sai Mehar Media, Hauterrfly, and 92.7 Big FM discussed the transformative role of media in addressing societal issues.
4. Townhall Session: An engaging session led by Ankit Agrawal, Founder of InsuranceDekho, focused on building entrepreneurial skills through adaptability and mentorship.
5. Cultural Programs: The fest featured energetic performances in singing, dance, and beat-boxing, along with signature events like EDM Night, Concert Night, and Comedy Night.
