• Groww Innovation Space: A state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. ft. facility providing workspace, infrastructure, mentorship, and evaluation frameworks for early-stage innovators.
• Four-Year Support Program: Approximately 100 student-faculty teams per year (totaling nearly 400 over four years) will receive funding, guidance, and prototype development support as part of entrepreneurship and capstone coursework. High-performing teams may access incubation opportunities.
• Annual Grand Challenge: An interdisciplinary competition inviting students, researchers, and faculty to tackle pressing issues in areas like holistic education, sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, and women’s empowerment.

GLS University and SAE Institute: Launching India’s First Global B.Design (Hons.) Program

On December 8, 2025, GLS University in Ahmedabad made history by partnering with Australia’s renowned SAE Institute (part of the Navitas group) to introduce the Global B.Design (Honours) program—the first of its kind in India.

This four-year undergraduate course specializes in:

• Animation & VFX
• Game Development

Designed with a project-based learning approach, it offers hands-on training using cutting-edge software, studio environments, and production tools from day one. Students benefit from global immersion opportunities, exchange programs, and access to SAE’s international industry network across 47 campuses in 20 countries.

Graduates will earn dual recognition: a B.Design (Hons.) degree from GLS University and an internationally accredited qualification from SAE Institute, enhancing global employability.
