In a significant boost to tribal education, the Andhra Pradesh government has disbursed ₹100.93 crore in scholarships, benefiting 59,297 tribal students for the 2025-26 academic year. This timely release, announced by Minister for Women and Child Development and Tribal Welfare, G. The increase to ₹100.93 crore this year reflects growing enrollment and the government’s proactive approach in processing applications swiftly.

• Tuition Fee Reimbursement (RTF): Directly credited to educational institutions to cover course fees.
• Maintenance Charges (MTF): Transferred to students’ or their mothers’ accounts for hostel, mess, and other living expenses.
