New Delhi, January 30, 2025 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the commencement of its annual psycho-social counselling service, aimed at helping Class X and XII students manage exam-related stress. The initiative will run from February 1, 2025, to April 4, 2025, covering the crucial period leading up to and following the theory exams, which begin on February 15, 2025.
The psycho-social counselling service is designed to provide continuous support to students in three phases: before, during, and after the exams. This free service includes a 24/7 Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), tele-counselling from trained professionals, and access to podcasts and videos on stress management and exam preparation.
