Srinagar, January 28, 2025 – The Central University of Kashmir (CUK) is gearing up to host the much-anticipated All India Inter-University Winter Sports event at the famous ski-resort of Gulmarg from January 30 to 31. This prestigious event will see participation from 27 universities across India, with over 200 athletes competing in various winter sports.
The event will feature skiing and ice stock competitions for both male and female athletes. On January 30, the Giant Slalom event will take place for both genders, followed by the Slalom ski event on January 31. The ice stock competitions will be held on both days, showcasing the talents of athletes from different regions1.

Participants and their coaches will be accommodated at the Kashmir Palace Hotel in Srinagar, with university buses transporting them to Gulmarg for the competitions.
