Purpose
The AIBE is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to assess the capability of law graduates to practice law in India. Passing the AIBE is mandatory to obtain the Certificate of Practice (CoP), which allows candidates to practice law in India.

Eligibility Criteria
