MHT CET Postponed: Revised Dates Announced

The State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced the postponement of the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2025. The decision to postpone the exam was made to avoid a clash with the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate Courses (NEET-UG) 2024, which is scheduled for May 5, 20241.

Revised Exam Schedule:

  • The MHT CET 2025 exams for the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) group will now be held from April 22 to April 30, 2025.
  • The exams for the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) group will take place from May 2 to May 16, 2025.

Reason for Postponement: The postponement aims to ensure that students can focus on their preparations without the pressure of overlapping exam dates. The State CET Cell has also opened a correction window for candidates who have already applied for the exam2.

Additional Information:

  • The MHT CET 2025 will consist of four sections: Mathematics & Statistics, Logical/Abstract Reasoning, English Comprehension and Verbal Ability, and Computer Concepts.
  • Each section will have 25 questions, with a total of 100 multiple-choice questions.
  • The exam duration is 90 minutes, and there will be no negative marking.
