Registration for CSIR NET December 2024 Exam Ends Today

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the registration window for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2024 examination will close today, December 30, 2024. Candidates aspiring to secure Junior Research Fellowships (JRF), Assistant Professor positions, and PhD admissions across various disciplines are advised to apply immediately to avoid missing the deadline1.

Exam Details:

The CSIR UGC NET exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and will cover five subjects: Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences. Each paper will be three hours long and consist of objective-type, multiple-choice questions2.

  3. Complete the registration process by providing personal details, education details, and uploading necessary documents.
  4. Pay the application fee: Rs 1,150 for general category candidates and different fees for reserved category candidates.
  5. Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.
