Commitment to excellence in engineering education has been the hallmark of NMIMS’s MPSTME. In addition to meeting and exceeding domestic norms of education, NMIMS recently undertook an arduous effort to ensure that its programs met the global gold standards of quality in engineering education- getting the U. S. based and coveted ABET accreditation.

ABET evaluation involved careful scrutiny of what the students learned in their degree program, curriculum details, faculty qualifications, adequacy of facilities and compliance with norms expected by engineering professional societies like American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and Computer Science Accreditation Board (CSAB). Accreditation of five programs is a huge achievement for the school. “

Joining NMIMS is taking a step towards achieving excellent education, as at the end of the program, students receive a highly marketable degree. They also gain value that keeps enhancing as NMIMS endeavours to become one of the best institutions in the country.
